Math IIIA: Intermediate Algebra
This is an intermediate Mathematics course which is designed to assist students improve their Algebraic skills for certain topics. The topics covered in this course are as follows: Polynomials, Equation Manipulation, Slope, Graphing, Radicals and Rationals as well as a variety of topics that coincide. The course will also have students working on hands-on activities to allow students the ability to make real-world connections with the topics.
This year, to meet the needs of our students, we are offering two sections of this class. Both are held on Tuesdays and Thursday with one offered in the morning core block and the other in the afternoon core block.
